Rooms were clean and modern, staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant had a superb menu, good international options and the food quality was top-notch. Its location was perfect for exploring the city and easy to find parking.
The room was quite small making it difficult to maneuver around, but manageable especially for a short-stay. the shared tables for dining were uncomfortable if you prefer to dine in private.

The motel seems to be convenient, clean and well-appointed.
Although we had stayed in the motel just two weeks before and had confirmed our return-trip booking, and had confirmed that we wanted a ground floor room, the reception clerk tried to put us upstairs and we had to insist that we had a prior commitment from the motel for a ground-floor room. There was no soap in the bathroom and one of the bedlamps didn't work.

The room met my requirements, and you can also check out the cheeky fox cafe with great meals.

Nice warm room and no traffic noises during the night. Very good restaurant if a little on the pricey side. Good access from the highway and good parking.
The lack of a lift as I find stairs very difficult due to my age and past sicknesses.

good room, very comfortable bed, noise level low with window closed (back of building), friendly service, short walk into town, free parking space.
location - off the highway would be fantastic. flood light of parking space may spill into room a little (pegs can be helpful).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist with any issues or requests. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and restful sleep. The hotel had ample parking space, which made it convenient for me as I had my own car. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the shops and tourist attractions in the area. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore and enjoy the city.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. It was a fantastic experience with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location.

Clean, new, business like. Comfortable and easy to find
That there wasn't breakfast options if you didnt want to have room service. We stayed a saturday night so breakfast would have been nice to enjoy downstairs the next day.

Nice modern and well-located.
No dining room breakfast at weekends. Dinner menu prices seemed on par with big city upmarket restaurants. That makes an overnight stop pretty expensive, even if the food is wonderful. It's a good thing that MacDonald's .is just down the road.

During my Easter weekend stay, I appreciated the spacious rooms and the clean bathrooms. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered room service, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy my stay.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult for me to carry my luggage to the upper floors, and the noise from outside was disturbing. the restaurant was not open on Sundays, limiting my dining options, and the staff seemed indifferent to my needs.

The Hotel was near new and very well appointed and the only complaint would be no lift only stairs which would be a hard ship for any eldly or handicaped person

The hotel is in a convenient location, right on the crossroads with traffic lights, making it easy to access shops and tourist attractions. the staff were helpful and enthusiastic, providing us with suggestions for local activities. the room was well-presented, with clean facilities and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spacious and the breakfast served was delicious. the hotel offered a mini bar and tea and coffee facilities in the room for added convenience.
The furniture in the room showed signs of damage, possibly due to being bumped, which detracted from the overall upmarket feel of the hotel.

Location
I booked for two children and myself and only got a double bed. The staff were not friendly nor were they competent. Their service was lacking the standard and friendliness i would have expected both at the check in and check out contact points.
